"I've only been with Carol Jones State Farm Insurance since October 2025. What lead me to her was her name; A minister at my church has the same name and I said wait I didn't know she had her own insurance business. When I googled her name, this is who I got. I thought what a coincidence. I have talked with Ms. Carol Jones several times and she is very pleasant and professional aside from knowing her business. But what really sold me on the insurance was her assistant Neanne. This lady was so warm and relatable, just the most understanding and patient person I know. She explained every facet of the kinds of insurance they offer. So professional and knowledgeable about the business, not to sell you on their insurance but insurance in general and what to look for even if you don't choose them. Looking out for your well-being as well as your financial obligation. I was with another insurance company for over 25 years. Carol Jones State Farm Insurance saved me a lot of money, they definitely deserve 5+ stars, and Ms. Neanne deserves 5 stars as well. Thank you for the exceptional experience."
